HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT, AND HOW SOON CAN I MOVE IN?

You can easily apply online through our website by selecting Availability or Apply, choosing an apartment and clicking “Select.” Once your application is approved and all documents are submitted, move-ins can typically be scheduled within 7 days, depending on apartment availability.

IS THE GREYSON PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes, The Greyson is a pet-friendly community, thoughtfully designed to welcome four-legged residents, complete with an on-site pet spa and pet run. For additional details regarding our pet policy, including any breed or weight restrictions, please contact the leasing office.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST PATH STATION?

One of the best parts of living at The Greyson is that we offer direct access to the PATH Station and Journal Square via Homestead Place, a quiet pedestrian-only pathway lined with shops that leads to all the city has to offer.

WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED? WHAT ARE THE LARGEST AND SMALLEST SIZES AVAILABLE?

HOW IS PACKAGE DELIVERY HANDLED?

All packages are delivered to the front desk, where they are securely received and held by the concierge until the resident returns home. Upon arrival, packages are personally delivered directly to each resident.

At The Greyson, our concierge team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, thoughtfully welcoming residents home and attending to the details that make each day feel effortless.

HOW DO I PAY RENT AND SET UP UTILITIES?

Residents can conveniently pay rent and submit maintenance requests through our secure online resident portal. Utility setup instructions are provided prior to move-in, most utilities can be transferred or activated online in just a few minutes.
